Il est curieux que la France, et en particulier cette mairie du 16me arrondissement, accueille le 31 mai prochain une conférence concernant la politique israélienne en Afrique.
Mais rien ne nous étonne de la part de la France dont les ministres, leur président et certains parlementaires confondent antisionisme avec antisémitisme et pour ce faire s’alignent sur la définition donnée par l’alliance internationale pour la mémoire de l’holocauste (IHRA), digne d’un dictionnaire fait pour les nuls par des nuls.
Rien ne nous étonne quant à l’indignité d’un Etat soutenant l’apartheid, les crimes de guerre et contre l’humanité dont sont victimes les Palestiniens depuis la Nakba. Rien ne nous étonne de la part de l’Etat israélien qui ment sur ses actes ; coupable d’avoir assassiné Shirin, il prétend que la balle n’est pas sortie du fusil d’un de ses soldats et tout comme il assure depuis 2001 que le peuple palestinien luttant pour ses droits inaliénables est un peuple terroriste, et tout cela avec l’assentiment d’une communauté internationale qui feint d’ignorer les crimes commis sous ses yeux. Il faudra bien qu’un jour elle décille ses yeux et assume sa responsabilité internationale pour l’aide apportée dans la commission d’actes illicites.
Accueillir une telle conférence, organisée conjointement par l’ambassade d’Israël en France et par l’American Jewish committee (AJC) alors que l’on sait que l’Etat israélien commet au quotidien des crimes de guerre en totale impunité relève d’un accord implicite à la commission de ces crimes; qui sont de même nature que ceux que commet la Russie en Ukraine ; là, la communauté internationale, dans un élan unanime, demande des comptes. Politique du double standard dont usent et abusent les Nations Unies et cette même communauté.
Ne pouvant tenir cette conférence au Togo, le gouvernement israélien, qui tente depuis des années d’obtenir le statut d’observateur au sein de l’Union africaine -un ambassadeur israélien a été accrédité, en juillet dernier, dans le cadre de la commission de l’Union africaine, ce qui a causé quelques soubresauts au sein de l’institution-, sait pouvoir compter sur certains amis qui sont soumis au diktat étatsunien et qui ne peuvent rien refuser aux amis de ses amis. A-t-il pensé que le passé colonial de la France lui assurait une protection et le dédouanerait de ses visées coloniales en Afrique ? La France aide-t-elle ce pays qui devrait être mis au ban de la communauté internationale alors qu’elle perd la main dans les pays africains à qui elle a imposé une politique coloniale bien au-delà des indépendances ? Le cynisme n’a pas de fin….
Le maire du 16me, Francis Szpiner -ancien avocat de nombreux présidents africains-, accueillera des ministres israéliens, des ambassadeurs africains dont celui du Sénégal, des entreprises israéliennes et africaines ; signalons entre autres la présence de Rama Yade, actuellement directrice de l’Atlantic Council, du PDG de Future Africa (un fonds d’investissement africain dédié aux nouvelles technologies avec un bureau en Israël), du PDG d’ActiveSpaces ainsi que celle d’Irwin Boutboul, cadre chez Google Israël, de Shavit Dahan, directeur du développement chez Agrigo -solution technologique pour l’agriculture.
Parmi les 3 thèmes abordés, la diplomatie d’Israël, la technologie et l’agriculture et la sécurité, le second retient l’attention.
Dans un article du 17 mai dernier, d’un cynisme absolu, https://www.israelhayom.com/2022/05/17/israeli-envoy-turns-to-food-tech-to-win-hearts-minds-and-stomachs/), le journaliste rapporte que le jour de la fête de l’indépendance, le représentant de l’Etat d’Israël aux Nations Unies a réuni des ambassadeurs du monde entier pour leur faire goûter de nouveaux produits comestibles respectueux de l’environnement. La nourriture va ainsi devenir la prochaine ‘guerre’ menée par ce gouvernement, fatigué d’être mal traité par les Nations Unies. Une façon pour Israël de « gagner les cœurs, les esprits et les estomacs » comme le souligne le titre de l’article.
Il n’y a pas si longtemps, les colons gagnaient le cœur et l’esprit des Africains en leur échangeant des armes contre des babioles, puis une indépendance contre la mise en place du modèle de gouvernance euro-centrée avec l’aide de nombreux conseillers et coopérants qui ont permis le pillage systématique des ressources naturelles du continent et la fuite des cerveaux des jeunes africains.
Le cynisme et l’indignité n’ont plus de limite, alors qu’une crise alimentaire et de l’eau va frapper le continent voilà maintenant qu’un Etat criminel et colonial, va déverser sur l’Afrique une nourriture artificielle, plutôt que de laisser les peuples africains se centrer sur les cultures qui auraient dû leur assurer une souveraineté alimentaire avant que leurs marchés ne soient envahis de produits manufacturés et transformés ou que ne leur soit imposées des cultures vivrières exportées.
La terre africaine suscite bien des envies et des désirs. La Turquie, la Chine, les Etats Unis avec ses 34 bases Africom, et maintenant Israël qui use de la crise alimentaire pour justifier de son nouvel engouement pour le sol africain. Ne s’était-il d’ailleurs pas entiché, dès 2010, de l’Afrique et en particulier du Sénégal, au prétexte qu’Israël est le seul pays au monde qui a été en mesure de conquérir le désert. Plus de 50% de ce que nous exportons est produit dans des zones semi-arides. C’est notre atout, et c’est ce que nous aimerions apporter ici”, avait affirmé le ministre de l’agriculture de l’époque (https://www.reuters.com/article/ofrtp-afrique-israel-agriculture-2010042-idFRPAE63P0IR20100426).
Ainsi, sous prétexte de répondre à de réelles problématiques, dont la crise alimentaire et celle de l’eau, l’Etat d’Israël en profite pour mailler le continent africain de ses systèmes de sécurité et d’espionnage même quand il n’y a pas d’ambassade. La technologie israélienne a pignon sur rue en ce qui concerne le renseignement ; ainsi la vente de systèmes d’écoutes israéliens est pratiquée dans certains pays musulmans, comme le Nigéria et aide nombre de chefs d’Etat a espionné leurs oppositions.
Israël se rend indispensable à l’Afrique et entend bien que ses relations avec les Etats soutenant le peuple palestinien se renforcent, évidemment au détriment des Palestiniens et de leurs droits inaliénables. A coup de nourriture, de lutte contre le désert et de services de renseignement, cet Etat espère que ses relations se normaliseront et qu’il pourra rejouer le coup de poker réalisé avec certains Etats arabes.
Mais cela ne masque-t-il pas la bataille que se mènent certains Etats pour la terre africaine ? La terre africaine, pas plus que les estomacs africains ne seront colonisés par un Etat colonial, criminel et d’apartheid. Rappelons-nous ce que disait Nkrumah « Aussi longtemps qu’une seule portion de la terre Africaine demeure sous la domination étrangère, le monde ne connaîtra pas la paix ».Cet avenir africain que se souhaite l’Etat d’Israël ne doit pas arriver. Espérons qu’il ne soit pas trop tard ?
Cette rapacité sur le continent africain doit nous rappeler les luttes de nos pères pour l’indépendance. Cette lutte n’est pas achevée, et c’est bien pour cela que certains estiment que ce continent leur appartient ou en tout cas qu’ils peuvent en tirer profit avec le soutien de présidents corrompus et dépendants du modèle capitaliste eurocentré. Elle n’est pas achevée ; elle est plus que jamais menacée, dès lors il revient aux Africains et à la diaspora africaine, y compris aux Afro-descendants, de revendiquer le droit à la souveraineté et à l’autodétermination du peuple africain et de refuser que le continent soit recolonisé par des Etats qui eux-mêmes en colonisent d’autres en menant des politiques illicites et meurtrières. L’Afrique a les moyens de faire face aux crises qu’elle traverse pour peu qu’elle refuse de se soumettre à des régimes racistes, capitalistes et libéraux. Elle ne doit pas oublier que ce qui se passe en Palestine, si des Etats comme les Etats Unis, Israël mettent la main sur ces ressources naturelles, se passera demain dans différents pays africains. Pour ces pays ne comptent que leurs intérêts, rien ne doit entraver leurs profits, et surtout pas les corps noirs.
Cette velléité expansionniste sous prétexte de garnir les estomacs africains oblige les politiques et le peuple africains mais aussi l’ensemble des afro-descendants, à repenser l’unité africaine qui ne pourra se réaliser sans la libération de la République d’Haïti mais aussi sans la libération du peuple palestinien maintenu sous le joug du colonialisme et de l’apartheid israélien dans lequel il est obligé de vivre puisque la communauté internationale l’a abandonné. Les luttes pour l’émancipation et le droit à l’autodétermination et à la souveraineté passe par une mise en relation de toutes ces luttes. Lutter pour Haïti, pour une Afrique Unie, c’est aussi lutter pour l’ensemble des droits inaliénables du peuple palestinien.
Comme nous refusons la FrancAfrique, les bases nord-américaines, Africom, refusons le rapt colonial qu’essaie de mettre en place l’Etat colonialiste, d’apartheid, raciste et libéral d’Israël en Afrique et continuons à sans cesse exiger l’autodétermination et la souveraineté pleine et entière pour l’Etat palestinien et son peuple, avec l’effectivité du droit au retour.

How the City Hall of the 16th arrondissement of Paris becomes Israeli land in the space of a day ? International Conference « Israel back to Africa »
It is curious that France, and in particular this City hall in the 16th arrondissement, host a conference on Israeli policy in Africa on May 31.
But nothing surprises us from France, whose ministers, president and some members of parliament confuse anti-Zionism with anti-Semitism and to do so align themselves with the definition given by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), worthy of a dictionary made for dummies by dummies.
Nothing surprises us about the indignity of a state that supports apartheid, war crimes and crimes against humanity against the Palestinians since the Nakba. Nothing surprises us from the Israeli state which lies about its actions; guilty of having murdered Shirin, it claims that the bullet did not come out of the gun of one of its soldiers and just as it assures since 2001 that the Palestinian people fighting for their inalienable rights is a terrorist people, and all this with the assent of an international community which pretends to ignore the crimes committed under its eyes. One day it will have to open its eyes and assume its international responsibility for the help in the commission of illegal acts.
Hosting such a conference, organized jointly by the Israeli embassy in France and the American Jewish Committee (AJC), when it is known that the Israeli state commits war crimes on a daily basis with total impunity, is an implicit agreement to the commission of these crimes, which are of the same nature as those committed by Russia in Ukrainia; there, the international community, in a unanimous impulse, demands accountability. A double standard policy used and abused by the United Nations and this same community.
Unable to hold this conference in Togo, the Israeli government, which has been trying for years to obtain observer status within the African Union -an Israeli ambassador has been accredited to the African Union commission last july, which has caused some upheaval within the institution-, knows it can count on certain friends who are subject to the American diktat and who can refuse nothing to the friends of its friends. Did it think that France’s colonial past assured it protection and cleared it of his colonial aims in Africa? Does France help this country, which should be outlawed by the international community, while it loses the upper hand in the African countries on which it has imposed a colonial policy well beyond independence? Cynicism has no end….
The mayor of the 16th arrondissement, Francis Szpiner – a former lawyer for many African presidents – will welcome Israeli ministers, African ambassadors, including that of Senegal, and Israeli and African companies; Amongst others, Rama Yade, currently director of the Atlantic Council, the CEO of Future Africa (an African investment fund dedicated to new technologies with an office in Israel), the CEO of ActiveSpaces, as well as Irwin Boutboul, executive at Google Israel, and Shavit Dahan, director of development at Agrigo – a technological solution for agriculture.
Among the 3 themes discussed, Israel’s diplomacy, technology and agriculture and security, the second one catches the attention.
In a cynical article from May 17 (https://www.israelhayom.com/2022/05/17/israeli-envoy-turns-to-food-tech-to-win-hearts-minds-and-stomachs/), the journalist reports that on Independence Day, Israel’s representative to the United Nations gathered ambassadors from around the world to taste new environmentally friendly edible products. Food will thus become the next ‘war’ waged by this government, tired of being badly treated by the United Nations. A way for Israel to « win hearts, minds and stomachs » as the title of the article states.
Not so long ago, the colonizers won the hearts and minds of the Africans by exchanging arms for trinkets, then independence for the implementation of the Eurocentric governance model with the help of numerous advisors and cooperants who allowed the systematic plundering of the continent’s natural resources and the brain drain of young Africans.
Cynicism and indignity have no limits, while a food and water crisis will hit the continent, now a criminal and colonial state will pour artificial food on Africa, instead of letting the African people focus on the crops that should have ensured them food sovereignty before their markets are invaded by manufactured and modified products or that are imposed on them exported food crops.
The African land arouses many envy and desires. Turkey, China, the United States with its 34 Africom bases, and now Israel which uses the food crisis to justify its new infatuation for African soil. Didn’t it become infatuated with Africa, and in particular Senegal, in 2010, on the pretext that Israel is the only country in the world that has been able to conquer the desert. « More than 50% of what we export is produced in semi-arid areas. This is our asset, and this is what we would like to bring here, » said the then Minister of Agriculture (https://www.reuters.com/article/ofrtp-afrique-israel-agriculture-2010042-idFRPAE63P0IR20100426).
Thus, under the pretext of responding to real problems, including the food and water crises, the State of Israel is taking advantage of the opportunity to network the African continent with its security and espionage systems, even when there is no embassy. Israeli technology is well established in the field of intelligence; thus the sale of Israeli surveillance systems is practiced in some Muslim countries, such as Nigeria, and helps a number of heads of state to spy on their opponents.
Israel is making itself indispensable to Africa and intends to strengthen its relations with states supporting the Palestinian people, obviously at the expense of the Palestinians and their inalienable rights. With the help of food, desert control and intelligence services, this state hopes that its relations will be normalized and that it will be able to repeat the poker game it played with certain Arab states.
But does this not mask the battle that some states are waging for African land? The African land, no more than the African stomachs will be colonized by a colonial, criminal and apartheid state. Let us remember what Nkrumah said: « As long as a single portion of African land remains under foreign domination, the world will not know peace. This African future that the State of Israel wishes for itself must not happen. Let’s hope it’s not too late?
This rapacity on the African continent should remind us of the struggles of our fathers for independence. This struggle is not over, and that is why some people believe that this continent belongs to them, or at least that they can profit from it with the support of corrupt presidents dependent on the Eurocentric capitalist model. It is not finished; it is more than ever threatened, therefore it is up to Africans and the African diaspora, including Afro-descendants, to claim the right to sovereignty and self-determination of the African people and to refuse that the continent be recolonized by states that themselves colonize others by carrying out illicit and murderous policies Africa has the means to face the crises it is going through as long as it refuses to submit to racist, capitalist and liberal regimes. It must not forget that what is happening in Palestine, if states like the United States and Israel get their hands on its natural resources, will happen tomorrow in various African countries. For these countries, only their own interests count, nothing must stand in the way of their profits, and especially not black bodies.
This expansionist desire, under the pretext of filling African stomachs, obliges African politicians and people, but also all Afro-descendants, to rethink African unity, which cannot be achieved without the liberation of the Republic of Haiti, but also without the liberation of the Palestinian people, kept under the yoke of colonialism and Israeli apartheid in which they are obliged to live since the international community has abandoned them. Struggles for emancipation and the right to self-determination and sovereignty require the linking of all these struggles. Fighting for Haiti, for a united Africa, is also fighting for the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people.
As we refuse the FrançaAfrique, the North American bases, Africom, let us refuse the colonial abduction that the colonialist, apartheid, racist and liberal state of Israel is trying to set up in Africa and let us continue to demand self-determination and full sovereignty for the Palestinian state and its people, with the effectiveness of the right of return.
