Les Etats Unis ont une longue pratique du bombardement intensif sur des villes en espérant que la destruction des infrastructures étatiques donnera au pays l’opportunité de se réveiller sur une ère politique nouvelle, entre autres sur une démocratie à leur image principalement libérale et raciste. N’ont-ils toujours pas tiré la leçon de leurs successifs échecs guerriers avec des conséquences incommensurables pour les peuples ?
Ont-ils mesuré l’impact du mensonge proféré par leur président poussé certainement à agir d’urgence par le premier ministre de l’Etat d’Israël ? Non, la République islamique d’Iran n’avait pas le doigt sur le bouton des missiles. Non, la République islamique d’Iran n’a agressé ni les Etats-Unis ni l’Etat d’Israël en premier. Mais les Etats agresseurs n’en sont pas à leur premier mensonge. Pour les Etats Unis, l’enlèvement illégal du Président du Venezuela et de sa femme, députée, au prétexte qu’il aurait été un dangereux narcotrafiquant n’a pas fait florès, faute de preuves. Pour autant, le président est toujours détenu sans charge. L’objectif final était un changement de régime de l’Etat et la mainmise sur le pétrole venezuelien; actuellement le produit généré par la vente, ainsi que les impôts qui y sont liés, doivent être versés sur un Fonds de dépôt spécifique contrôlé par le département du Trésor et pour le moment basé au Qatar.
Combien d’autres mensonges ont été proférés depuis le 11 septembre 2001 dans cette région du monde ? La majorité d’entre eux ont été acceptés sans discussion par une communauté internationale pleutre et lâche qui a préféré oublier que chacun des pays la composant a l’obligation, au regard de la responsabilité internationale, lorsqu’un acte illicite est commis par un sujet de droit international, de ne pas assister l’Etat agresseur. Tous ceux acceptant que les avions de l’US Air Force se ravitaillent sur leur sol devraient s’en souvenir.
Cette doctrine du mensonge avait déjà été employée durant les années noires qui ont plombé la vie politique de nombreux Etats d’Amérique du sud, l’objectif étant le changement de régime. Et cela revient, depuis la fin du mois de janvier, où Cuba a été déclarée « menace inhabituelle, extraordinaire et directe pour la sécurité nationale et la politique étrangère des États-Unis », (https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2026/01/addressing-threats-to-the-united-states-by-the-government-of-cuba/). Cuba est sous blocus total et tout pays qui, par solidarité, lui viendrait en aide sera soumis à la vindicte du locataire de la Maison Blanche, entre autres par une augmentation exponentielle des droits de douane.
La République d’Iran a répondu en se défendant légitimement des bombardements infligés par les faiseurs de guerre voulant reconfigurer toute cette région du monde pour y régner en maître et y faire dominer les normes de leur culture appauvrissante par ce qu’ils considèrent comme le nec plus ultra de leur civilisation où le technoféodalisme régnera. Il s’agit à la fois d’un acte d’agression en violation flagrante du droit international au sens de la Résolution 3314 (1974) de l’Assemblée générale et d’une violation de la Charte des Nations Unies, qui interdit le recours à la force contre la souveraineté et l’intégrité territoriale des États.
Depuis cet acte illégal d’agression, de nombreux crimes de guerre et contre l’humanité sont perpétrés -bombardements d’écoles, meurtre d’enfants et attaque délibérée contre la population civile sans défense- ; autant d’actes ne pouvant rester impunis, d’autant que l’Etat iranien, en tant qu’État attaqué, a le droit inhérent à la légitime défense en vertu de l’article 51 de la Charte des Nations Unies. Toute tentative de criminaliser le droit à défendre sa souveraineté est une basse manœuvre de la part des puissances agressantes et de ses alliés.
Au-delà des crimes contre l’humanité, des crimes de guerre commis par ces Etats impérialistes, il faut admettre que ces guerres légitimées au prétexte d’un risque de terrorisme barbare visant leur démocratie sont celles qu’ils imposent depuis qu’ils se sont autoproclamés ‘axe du bien’. Reste pour les Etats appartenant à l’’axe du mal’ à courber l’échine et à endosser l’ensemble des règles imposées par les tenants de la Modernité eurocentrée et plus précisément par les tenants de la White Supremacy, ce qui les oblige, entre autres à participer à la croisade masquée contre l’Islam pour garantir l’adoption des normes portées par une démocratie à leur image ; en un mot renoncer à leur culture, leur religion et leur cadre de références, ce qui ne peut se faire que lorsque le droit international politique est détruit, étape indispensable à l’ordre économique illibéral.
Ainsi, le renforcement de règles basées sur la logique de la marchandisation de la société internationale dans son ensemble -suivant les besoins et les vœux des puissantes firmes transnationales assistées des Etats plus petits et des grandes puissances- sera réellement « libre et non faussé ». Il ne faut plus d’obstacles à un ordre international basé sur la violence et la loi du plus fort avec en symétrie un ordre économique et social de misère construit exclusivement au nom et pour le profit des intérêts privés et particulièrement ceux de la tech.
En ce sens, ce qui se passe actuellement en Haïti est terrifiant. Depuis le 7 février dernier, trois navires USS Stockdale (DDG 106), USCGC Stone (WMSL 758) et USCGC Diligence (WMEC 616) (https://lelouverture.com/haiti-des-navires-americains-arrivent-a-port-au-prince-pour-renforcer-la-securite-et-la-stabilite/) font face à Port-au-Prince ; comme convenu le Conseil Présidentiel de transition a remis son mandat au Premier Ministre, Alix Didier Fils-Aimé ; les Etats Unis en ont profité pour imposer d’une part, ce même Alix Didier Fils-Aimé (homme d’affaires ayant fait ses études aux Etats Unis) et d’autre part, la mise sous tutelle de l’Etat haïtien par la signature d’un contrat de 542 millions de dollars pour une durée de dix ans en faveur de la firme transnationale Evergreen Trading System Limited. Cela n’est pas sans rappeler les trois navires de la flotte menée par le baron de Mackau en 1825 et qui a obtenu par la menace, après 3 mois du siège de Port-au-Prince, la signature de l’Etat haïtien reconnaissant les droits historiques de la France et acceptant les conditions financières de son indépendance soit l’équivalent de 525 millions d’Euros. Les Etats Unis par le truchement de l’entreprise Evergreen Trading System mène une guerre économique contre Haïti, comme l’avait fait la France et soumet l’Etat à une nouvelle dette illégale au nom d’un rapprochement avec la République dominicaine… Hier on vendait la souveraineté et l’autodétermination d’un pays à un autre ; aujourd’hui on les vend à des entreprises. Jusqu’où va la haine ?
Comme le souligne le journaliste haïtien, Evens Dubois, « une entreprise privée contrôlera les frontières, les ports, les douanes, la surveillance du territoire. Dix ans où la souveraineté ne sera plus un principe mais un souvenir ». Cette mainmise d’un Etat souverain par une entreprise privée est l’acte officiel d’un pays forcé de renoncer à lui-même. La dette illégale imposée par la France n’avait pas suffi, aujourd’hui Haïti est vendue à la coupe à des entreprises privées prédatrices. Qu’adviendra-t-il de son peuple abandonné par des Etats préférant se taire au risque de voir cette violence se déverser sur eux ?
Oui, c’est bien ce qui risque d’arriver aux pays refusant d’accepter qu’une grande partie de l’économie du monde passe sous la coupe du pouvoir de la tech au détriment du politique et surtout des peuples, ce qui autorise entre autres, le renforcement de la suprématie blanche et du droit d’ingérence. On est bien obligé d’analyser ces faits d’une extrême gravité pour les peuples à la lumière du discours de Marco Rubio prononcé à Munich où l’appréhension du monde qu’il évoque dépend, selon lui, de son appartenance à la civilisation occidentale: «(…) Nous sommes liés les uns aux autres par les liens les plus profonds qui puissent unir des nations, forgés par des siècles d’histoire commune, de foi chrétienne, de culture, de patrimoine, de langue, d’ascendance et par les sacrifices consentis par nos ancêtres pour la civilisation commune dont nous sommes les héritiers » (ww.state.gov/releases/office-of-the-spokesperson/2026/02/secretary-of-state-marco-rubio-at-the-munich-security-conference).
Tout peuple n’appartenant à cette histoire ou refusant de s’y soumettre est un peuple en sursis.
La guerre coloniale d’occupation subie actuellement par les Palestiniens de Gaza et de Cisjordanie auquel s’ajoute un génocide doit s’arrêter, le plan de paix élaboré par les Etats Unis doit s’arrêter car il vise à figer dans le marbre l’expulsion de la très grande majorité des Palestiniens -ce plan est l’exemple parfait de ce qu’est la colonialité du pouvoir-, la guerre de représailles et d’expansion territoriale coloniale subie par les Libanais doit cesser ; celle que subit la République islamique d’Iran, acte d’agression illégal, doit cesser. Ces guerres, en particulier, violent et le droit à l’autodétermination et la souveraineté des peuples et fracassent les droits à la paix, au développement et à l’environnement qui devraient être des valeurs universelles ; elles brisent aussi la coopération internationale et la solidarité entre les peuples.
Les peuples du monde, les organisations sociales, politiques et syndicales doivent faire entendre leur opposition à cette guerre illégale et se mobiliser et résister face à cette nouvelle escalade de la guerre qui met en péril la paix mondiale.

The United States has a long history of intensive bombing of cities, hoping that the destruction of state infrastructure will give the country the opportunity to awaken to a new political era, including a democracy in their own image, primarily liberal and racist. Did they grasp the impact of the lie uttered by their president, undoubtedly pressured into acting urgently by the Prime Minister of the State of Israel? No, the Islamic Republic of Iran did not have its finger on the missile launch button. No, the Islamic Republic of Iran did not attack the United States or the State of Israel first. But aggressor states are no strangers to lying. For the United States, the illegal abduction of the President of Venezuela and his wife, a congresswoman, under the pretext that he was a dangerous drug trafficker, failed to gain traction due to a lack of evidence. Nevertheless, the president remains detained without charge. The ultimate goal was regime change and control of Venezuelan oil; currently, the proceeds from its sale, as well as the related taxes, are to be deposited into a specific trust fund controlled by the Treasury Department and, for the time being, based in Qatar. No comment !
How many other lies have been told in this region of the world since September 11, 2001? The majority of them have been accepted without question by a cowardly and spineless international community that has preferred to forget that each of its member states has an obligation, under international law, not to assist the aggressor state when an unlawful act is committed by a subject of international law. All those who allow US Air Force planes to refuel on their soil should remember this.
This doctrine of lies had already been employed during the dark years that plagued the political life of many South American states, the objective being regime change. And it has resurfaced since the end of January, when Cuba was declared an “unusual, extraordinary, and direct threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States” (https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2026/01/addressing-threats-to-the-united-states-by-the-government-of-cuba/). Cuba is under a total blockade, and any country that comes to its aid in solidarity will face the wrath of the White House occupant, including a exponential increase in tariffs.
The Republic of Iran responded by legitimately defending itself against the bombings inflicted by warmongers seeking to reshape this entire region of the world in order to reign supreme and impose the norms of their impoverishing culture through what they consider the pinnacle of their civilization, where techno-feudalism will prevail. This constitutes both an act of aggression in flagrant violation of international law, as defined by General Assembly Resolution 3314 (1974), and a violation of the Charter of the United Nations, which prohibits the use of force against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of States.
Since this illegal act of aggression, numerous war crimes and crimes against humanity have been perpetrated—bombings of schools, the murder of children, and deliberate attacks against the defenseless civilian population—acts that cannot go unpunished, especially since the Iranian state, as the attacked state, has the inherent right to self-defense under Article 51 of the UN Charter. Any attempt to criminalize the right to defend one’s sovereignty is a despicable tactic on the part of the aggressor powers and their allies.
Beyond the crimes against humanity and war crimes committed by these imperialist states, it must be acknowledged that these wars, legitimized under the pretext of a risk of barbaric terrorism targeting their democracies, are the very wars they have been waging since they proclaimed themselves the « axis of good. » The remaining task for the states belonging to the ‘axis of evil’ is to bow down and accept all the rules imposed by the proponents of Eurocentric Modernity and more specifically by the proponents of White Supremacy, which obliges them, among other things, to participate in the masked crusade against Islam to guarantee the adoption of the norms promoted by a democracy in their image; in short, to renounce their culture, their religion and their frame of reference, which can only be done when international political law is destroyed, an essential step to the illiberal economic order.
Thus, the strengthening of rules based on the logic of the merchandization of international society as a whole—according to the needs and desires of powerful transnational corporations, assisted by smaller states and major powers—will truly be “free and undistorted.” There must be no more obstacles to an international order based on violence and the law of the strongest, mirrored by a miserable economic and social order built exclusively in the name and for the profit of private interests, particularly those of the tech sector.
In this sense, what is currently happening in Haiti is terrifying. As Haitian journalist Evens Dubois points out, “A private company will control the borders, the ports, customs, and the surveillance of the territory. Ten years in which sovereignty will no longer be a principle but a memory.” This takeover of a sovereign state by a private company is the official act of a country forced to renounce itself. The illegal debt imposed by France wasn’t enough; today, Haiti is being sold off piecemeal to predatory private companies. What will become of its people, abandoned by states that prefer to remain silent for fear of seeing this violence spilled over into their own borders?
Yes, this is precisely what is likely to happen to countries refusing to accept that a large part of the world’s economy falls under the control of tech power to the detriment of politics and especially the people, which allows, among other things, the strengthening of white supremacy and the right to interfere. We are compelled to analyze these extremely serious events for nations in light of Marco Rubio’s speech in Munich, where, according to him, the understanding of the world depends on the belonging to Western civilization: “(…) We are bound to one another by the deepest ties that can unite nations, forged by centuries of shared history, Christian faith, culture, heritage, language, ancestry, and the sacrifices made by our ancestors for the common civilization of which we are the heirs” (www.state.gov/releases/office-of-the-spokesperson/2026/02/secretary-of-state-marco-rubio-at-the-munich-security-conference). Any people not belonging to this history or refusing to submit to it is a people living on borrowed time.
The colonial war of occupation currently being waged against the Palestinians of Gaza and the West Bank, compounded by genocide, must end. The peace plan drawn up by the United States must stop because it aims to enshrine the expulsion of the vast majority of Palestinians—this plan is the perfect example of the coloniality of power.
The war of reprisal and colonial territorial expansion suffered by the Lebanese must cease; the war against the Islamic Republic of Iran, an illegal act of aggression, must end. These wars, in particular, violate the right to self-determination and the sovereignty of peoples and shatter the rights to peace, development, and a healthy environment, which should be universal values ; they also destroy international cooperation and solidarity among peoples.
The peoples of the world, social, political and trade union organizations must make their opposition to this illegal war heard and mobilize and resist this new escalation of war which jeopardizes world peace.
